Return & Refund Policy – Radha Surbhi Textiles Private Limited

At Radha Surbhi Textiles Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original packaging with tags intact
    • In the same condition as delivered

👉 Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, worn, or washed products
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (optional)
  • Customized or altered products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Provide photo/video proof (in case of damage/defect)

👉 Our team will verify and arrange return pickup or guide you further.

4. Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area
  • If pickup is not available, customer may need to self-ship the product

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be initiated
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

👉 Refund will be credited to:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank account (for COD orders – details required)

6. Refund Deductions (Important)

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • In case of RTO (Return to Origin), shipping charges may be deducted

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only in case of:
    • Damaged product
    • Wrong product delivered

👉 Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days.

8. Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
    • Inform us within 24–48 hours
    • Share clear images/videos as proof

👉 We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund:
    • Check your bank account
    • Contact your payment provider
    • Processing time may vary depending on banks

10. Cancellation & Refund Link

  • If an order is cancelled before shipment, full refund will be processed
  • Refund timelines remain 5–7 working days
