Cancellation Policy – Radha Surbhi Textiles Private Limited
At Radha Surbhi Textiles Private Limited we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation request must be raised before the order is shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Cancellation Process
To cancel your order, you can:
- Contact us via email or phone
- Share your Order ID and reason for cancellation

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can also be cancelled before shipment.
- If a customer repeatedly cancels COD orders, we reserve the right to restrict or block COD services for that customer.
5. Order Cancellation by Company
Radha Surabhi Textile reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock
- Pricing or listing error
- Payment failure or incomplete transaction
- Suspected fraudulent activity
👉 In such cases, the full refund will be processed.
6. Non-Cancellable Situations
Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:
- Once the order has been shipped
- Customized or special order products
- During clearance or sale (optional — you can keep/remove)
7. Failed Delivery / RTO Orders
- If the order is returned due to customer unavailability or refusal:
- Re-shipping charges may apply
- Refund may be processed after deducting shipping costs
