  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of high order volume, processing may take additional time.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across all major cities and locations within India.
  • For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery timelines may vary.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Metro cities may receive orders faster (3–5 days).
  • Rural or remote areas may take longer (7–10 days).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders (optional — you can change).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional fee.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
  • You can track your order in real-time using the courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If the customer is unavailable, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

7. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Orders returned due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Customer unavailability
    • Refusal to accept order
    👉 In such cases:
    • Re-shipping charges may apply
    • Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of shipping costs

8. Delays in Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Natural calamities or weather conditions
  • Festivals or peak seasons
  • Courier partner delays
  • Government restrictions

9. Damaged or Tampered Package

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, do not accept it.
  • Contact us immediately with photos/videos for quick resolution.
